Too Hood for You

I'm a hood chick, there's no getting around that. When I was young I made a lot of stupid mistakes. These mistakes come in the form of ink on my body. Yes tattoos, the only thing in life I regret doing.

I'm a woman with seven visable tats. I say this because I see the looks that people give me when they see my tattoos. They want to ask questions. People assume that I am an exotic dancer because of the type of tats I have. To tell you the truth, if I could go back or if I had the money...I would get every tattoo erased.

So do you think what you have on your body defines you? I believe that the tattoos I have are from someone I used to be.

They say you can take a chick out of the hood but you can't take the hood out of the chick. That fits me perfectly because even though I'm not in the hood anymore, I'm still a hood chick, I just don't want Corporate America to know it!
